UC Precast–white is a fast setting non-chloride cement designed to meet the needs of white-colored precast concrete industry using Ultimax cement technology. Its special formula is tailored to boost productivity by drastically reducing the set time, optimize equipment utilization, maximize labor resources, and increase bottom line profitability.
UC Precast–white is used in concrete precast application where white concrete is required and mould removal could start within two hours after finishing. Concrete units could be handled and shipped next day. Since UC Precast–white is non-chloride cement, steel inserts are safely used.

• In hot weather, set time will be shorter. UC Delay® will help to extend the setting time. One oz/100 lb of cement will extend the set time by 5 min. approximately.
• Because of the heat generated during early stage of UC Precast-white hydration, it is possible to use it in cold weather without any special arrangement.
UC Precast-white mixing water requirement is higher than normal. Start with water/cement ratio at 0.45 with 5-10 oz/100 of water reducer. Mix for 3 min, add some water when some stickiness is encountered.
All other conventional mixing methods and procedures are equally applicable to UC Precast–white concrete system.
When using UC Delay, add it to the water and aggregate before introducing cement to the mix.
No curing is required in normal conditions of temperature and humidity. Avoid excessive surface evaporation during the first 3 hours after finishing.
UC Precast-white concrete mixes will rapidly lose workability without agitation. Conventional vibrators will take care of this problem. UC Precast-white is not suitable to be used in concrete pumps or spray equipments.
